As a GameSense Advisor & Training Specialist, Aisha’s work involves patrons and industry stakeholders from across the region and world. Her patient, personable approach, and deep knowledge base, make her a key asset.
Aisha excels at providing real-time support to patrons on the floor at MGM Springfield and the 24/7 LiveChat and GamLine. As a Training Specialist, she is also responsible for ensuring GameSense best practices, leading trainings to casino employees, clinicians, and community professionals.
Hailing from southeastern Connecticut, she previously was a table games dealer at Foxwoods Resort Casino. Outside of MACGH, you might find her cooking, listening to a true crime podcast, or spending time with her family.
