Anna Thomas is a GameSense Advisor stationed at Encore Boston Harbor. She combines a deep knowledge of consumer marketing with interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.

Anna previously forged a career ranging from business, sales and operations management, and education. She managed brand messaging for the New England Patriots before spending time working in the Massachusetts cannabis industry. Anna drew on her ability to build positive relationships and manage outreach as a service and sales host at Plainridge Park Casino. There, she received the GameSense Award of Excellence for her efforts supporting the Voluntary Self-Exclusion program. Today, she enjoys educating patrons and is looking forward to engaging her communities in a new way — as a GSA.

Originally from Woonsocket, Rhode Island, Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Bryant University and speaks a little Aromanian, Italian, and Spanish. She is the proud mother of two extremely adorable, energetic Australian Shepherd pups.
