John draws on his impressive communication and customer service skills, along with an eagerness to help casino patrons as a GameSense Advisor.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, John served with the 157th Air Refueling Wing out of Pease Air National Guard Base in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. There, he worked as a maintenance management professional, coordinating record-keeping, planning, schedules, and reporting aircraft flights and ongoing maintenance. He takes these same communication skills in engaging individuals visiting Encore Boston Harbor and via the GamLine and LiveChat. John can also connect with a range of patrons on responsible gambling; he speaks five African languages, including Swahili.
Originally from Uganda, John attended The Community College of the Air Force in Montgomery, Alabama, and Granite State College in Concord, New Hampshire. Outside of GameSense, John enjoys spending time with his wife and 14-year-old daughter.
“I am part of a public health initiative that promotes responsible gambling and provides tools and advice to Massachusetts casino patrons.”
