As a GameSense Manager, Jolyn oversees day-to-day patron engagement and on-site operations at Encore Boston Harbor — while leading the on-site team of Advisors. Her extensive knowledge of gaming, combined with her poised, friendly approach, makes her a major asset to MACGH.

Hailing from Iowa, Jolyn brings over 20 years of casino experience in multiple jurisdictions including California, Maine, and most recently, at Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She worked her way up from table games dealer to becoming a floor supervisor, monitoring staffing, training, and customer service interactions. Jolyn welcomes the challenge of taking her managerial mindset and stellar communications skills to lead gambling education initiatives.

When she’s not at the casino, you might find Jolyn reading a science fiction or fantasy book or playing Dungeons and Dragons.
