Her GameSense role focuses on player health, educating patrons and providing resources to keep their gambling safe and enjoyable. Previously, Winnie worked as a loyalty rewards representative at Encore Boston Harbor. Today, she excels at communicating and supporting those struggling, and is a huge team player.
Winnie was born and educated in China before coming to the Boston area and speaks four languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taishanese.
