We’re looking for individuals interested in leveraging their knowledge of sports betting, casino gaming, or customer service experience to provide valuable information, education, and support services around player health and problem gambling. GameSense Advisors and Managers staff information centers at the three Massachusetts casinos, serving as the public face for patrons, on-site employees, and community members.

Top GameSense Advisors and Managers:
✅ Are at least 21
✅ Have knowledge of sports betting gambling, casino games, or the gaming industry
✅ Want to help keep gambling a safe and entertainment activity
✅ Are exceptional customer service professionals
✅ Have excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
✅ Pride themselves on being approachable, in-person communicators

Individuals from diverse backgrounds, bilingual speakers, or those with experience in teaching, public health, counseling, social work, or addiction services background are a plus.

GameSense Advisors and GameSense Manager:

GameSense Advisor – $60,000 – $63,000 (Hiring two)

GameSense Manager – $70,000 – 75,000 (Hiring one)

Pay commensurate with experience. GameSense staff receive full medical, dental, and vision benefits and a pension plan.
